Health Law, Policy, and Management
Holly R. Tomlin, JM, MPH is a doctoral student in Health Law, Policy, and Management at Meharry Medical College, School of Global Health and a Research Fellow at Weill Cornell Medicine. She also holds a position as Research Affiliate for the Consumer Health Informatics Lab (CHIL) at Yale School of Public Health, Department of Biostatistics (Health Informatics Division), where she collaborates as a writer and data scientist to support the overall mission of the lab. Holly’s own research interest includes attenuating poverty and developing clinical decision support (CDS) tools that integrates law and policy with data-driven modeling to prevent and/or accurately treat epigenetic-related cardiometabolic disorders (diabetes, obesity, hypertension) that lead to vascular dementia. Holly recently presented at APHA 2025, “Prioritizing poverty by related laws and policies to evaluate diabetes development in the REGARDS cohort,” Abstract #574995.
In her spare time, Holly is an avid photographer and aromachologist.
